Cancellation Policy

At Avatar Academy, we aim to provide flexible and student-friendly learning experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have a clear cancellation policy to support both our students and teachers.
1. Cancelling a Paid Course
Students may cancel a course and request a refund before the course begins or after the first paid session, provided the refund request is submitted within 24 hours of that session. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
2. Canceling Scheduled Sessions
If you’re enrolled in a live class or private session:
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty
- Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be counted as completed unless there’s an emergency
- If Avatar Academy cancels a session, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund/credit
3. No-Shows
If a student fails to attend a scheduled class without prior notice:
- The session will be marked as completed
- No refund or makeup session will be offered
4. Group Class Cancellations
If a group class is canceled due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability:
- Students will be offered a full refund or transfer to another group
5. Terminating Enrollment
You may cancel your full enrollment at any time by emailing [email protected]. Refund eligibility will depend on how much of the course has already been completed.
6. Changes to This Policy
Avatar Academy reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
