Refund Policy

At Avatar Academy, our goal is to provide high-quality online education and ensure student satisfaction. We understand that online learning may not be a perfect fit for everyone, and we have created a transparent refund policy to reflect that.
1. Trial Classes
Before making any payment, students may request a free trial class (subject to availability). This allows you to evaluate the quality of our instruction before committing to a paid program.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- The student is unsatisfied after attending the first paid session, and a request is submitted within 24 hours
- The course has not yet started or the student has not attended any sessions
- Technical issues on our side prevented the student from accessing lessons
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Missed classes due to student unavailability
- Dissatisfaction after attending multiple sessions without prior feedback
- Services already delivered in full (e.g. completed courses)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to:

- Full name and contact details
- Course name
- Reason for refund
Requests are reviewed within 3β5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method.
5. Payment Disputes
All payments are processed securely via PayTabs. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Avatar Academy reserves the right to restrict further access to services until the issue is resolved.
6. Changes to This Policy
Avatar Academy may update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
