1. Services
Avatar Academy provides online educational services, including but not limited to IELTS preparation, EmSAT training, and other academic programs. These services may be delivered under the name Avatar Virtual School (AVS), which is part of our educational platform.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments made through PayTabs or other integrated systems are final unless a refund is explicitly granted under our refund policy. We may offer trial classes before payment commitment. If a student is unsatisfied with their progress, a refund may be considered based on review.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Access and attend classes using their own credentials
- Follow appropriate online behavior and classroom conduct
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Avatar Academy. Reproduction, distribution, or copying without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Avatar Academy is not liable for:
- Internet or device issues on the user’s side
- Missed sessions due to user error
- Performance differences outside our control

7. Changes to Terms
