1. Digital Products Delivery
- All books, recorded courses, and self-study materials are delivered electronically.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with:
- Download links (for eBooks and study guides)
- Access credentials or links to video courses and LMS platforms (Zoom, EduPage, etc.)
2. Live Course Access
- For live instructor-led courses and sessions:
- Access details (Zoom links, schedules) are emailed prior to the first class
- You must use your registered email to log in
- Sessions are held online only; no physical attendance is required
3. Delivery Time
- Digital products and access links are sent immediately after payment confirmation.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to manual verification or technical issues.
4. Issues with Delivery
- If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first.

5. No Physical Shipping
