We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have a clear cancellation policy to support both our students and teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Cancelling a Paid Course<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students may cancel a course and request a refund <strong>before the course begins<\/strong> or <strong>after the first paid session<\/strong>, provided the refund request is submitted within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of that session. Please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/av-schools.com\/ar\/refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Canceling Scheduled Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re enrolled in a live class or private session:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>24-hour notice is required<\/strong> to cancel or reschedule without penalty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions canceled <strong>less than 24 hours in advance<\/strong> may be counted as completed unless there\u2019s an emergency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Avatar Academy cancels a session, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund\/credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. No-Shows<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a student fails to attend a scheduled class without prior notice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The session will be marked as completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refund or makeup session will be offered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Group Class Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a group class is canceled due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students will be offered a full refund or transfer to another group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Terminating Enrollment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may cancel your full enrollment at any time by emailing <strong>info@av-schools.com<\/strong>. Refund eligibility will depend on how much of the course has already been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Changes to This Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avatar Academy reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time.
