We understand that online learning may not be a perfect fit for everyone, and we have created a transparent refund policy to reflect that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Trial Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before making any payment, students may request a <strong>free trial class<\/strong> (subject to availability). This allows you to evaluate the quality of our instruction before committing to a paid program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Eligibility for Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The student is unsatisfied after attending the <strong>first paid session<\/strong>, and a request is submitted within <strong>24 hours<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The course has not yet started or the student has not attended any sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical issues on our side prevented the student from accessing lessons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Non-Refundable Situations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will <strong>not<\/strong> be issued for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Missed classes due to student unavailability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissatisfaction after attending multiple sessions without prior feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services already delivered in full (e.g. completed courses)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Payment Disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All payments are processed securely via PayTabs.
